Charles (Chuck) Reppas, with his wife Lynn, are residents of Leavenworth and head the Development Team. A real estate development expert, with over 18 years of experience in real estate development and construction, Chuck’s approach to development appreciates the long-term value of real estate to the community. As a result, he emphasizes the quality and beauty of developments in addition to the economic contribution they make to the local area.

With more than 25 years of financial management experience, Chuck has broad expertise in a wide variety of areas within the real estate industry: master planned development, apartment and condominium complex developments, land development and specialty developments such as senior housing. He is a developer of properties in the Western United states including projects in the Seattle area, Helena, Montana; Bellingham, Wenatchee and Leavenworth.

Chuck was a developer and then President of Lakeland, a master planned community near Seattle with over 3,000 homes/condominiums, two school sites, a community center and a retail center. He has managed more than 30 significant land acquisitions and the sale of more than $500 million in finished real estate since 1989.

He has overseen the development and construction of seven multifamily projects with over 800 units valued at $75 million, 29 separate communities of over 1,200 single-family homes with a market value of $140 million, and 15 multifamily rehabilitation projects with over 600 units. The total rehabilitation costs are $10mm. He has originated in excess of $600 million in development and construction loans and bonds. This included a $17 million 63-20 bond-financing program for infrastructure at Lakeland. Chuck is a CPA, certified by the State of Oregon. He has a B.S. in Accounting from Oregon State University.

Chuck and Lynn have fallen for life in Leavenworth, and plan to operate Obststadl upon completion. Having traveled in Bavaria, Chuck and Lynn look forward to bringing an authentic Bavarian experience and aesthetic to Obststadl.
